K&K Calisthenics

A Decade of Dance,

K&K Calisthenics opened in 2014 with a vision to create an inclusive club for girls, boys and adults in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.

Calisthenics combines gymnastics, ballet, singing, acting, marching and dance. Students learn a variety of routines while developing performance skills, confidence and strong friendships.

At K&K, the focus is not only on technique. The club aims to inspire and support every pupil while promoting teamwork, confidence and self-esteem in a safe, active and fun environment.

Leadership & Experience

Led With Passion For Calisthenics

Principal Coach Kim Dunstan has been involved in calisthenics for more than 50 years as a pupil, coach and parent. Her approach centres on giving students the support, guidance and confidence to develop their skills while enjoying being part of a team.

K&K’s coaching philosophy reflects the belief that calisthenics can offer far more than physical development. It can create confidence, personal growth and meaningful connections that stay with students beyond the stage.
